Access all areas of Glasshouse from the main administration page.
On the far left is the Navigation panel.
To the right of the navigation panel is the Tree management area.
The main content area is the Page management section.
At the bottom is the Publishing bar.
Access the main areas of Glasshouse from the Navigation panel on the far left of the page. Below is further information about each section in the Navigation panel.
Add, edit, reorder or delete pages on your site. The Publishing bar is also available in this section.
Add, edit or delete media objects (typically video assets) on your site.
View spaced activities which have not yet been sent.
Send emails and assign learning and tasks to users with xapi driven workflows.
Add, edit or delete assessments, certificates and achievements.
Create and edit blocks and popups for your site.
Allocate learning to different parts of an organisation with a simple hierarchy system.
Build tasks to allocate to learners using workflows.
Add, edit or delete external resources in the resources database, including links, activities, files and Question and Answer collections.
Add, edit and delete files for your site, including images, PDFs and .doc files. Files can be organised into folders for file management.
Set up and administer users and user groups, and control access to various pages. These settings can also be uploaded as a csv file.

Access the Site Tree, organised in hierarchical format, from the Tree management panel located to the right of the Navigation panel. Existing pages are displayed here, as well as options to create new pages, apply Batch actions to pages, and reorder pages.
Pages may have child pages nested underneath them in the hierarchy. Click on the arrow to the left of a parent page to expand and view the child pages underneath.
Click on an individual page in the Tree management panel to bring up the Page management area.
The Page management section is the main content area of Glasshouse. Information specific to individual pages is displayed here, including:
A Visual editor (also known as a TinyMCE WYSIWYG editor) is used to edit the text and image content of the selected page. The Visual Editor operates in a similar fashion to a word processing application, and includes functions such as bold, italics, text justification, bullets and lists, tables, and image options. More advanced users can edit the page's HTML directly, by using the HTML button in the Visual Editor.

When Glasshouse is first opened, the screen will be split with the editing options outlined above on the left, and a preview of the front-end of the current screen on the right. In the bottom right panel are a series of display options for the screen. The Draft / Published toggle button shows a view of both page states. The preview width button shows how the page functions at different screen sizes. The change view mode button on the far right shows further view options for the screen. Split mode shows both editing and preview modes (the default first view), Preview mode shows only a preview of the current front-end of the page, and Edit mode shows only the editing options and panels outlined above.
